A great CD, Jonathan. I find it fascinating that it's the only one of the Gerhardt compilations to have gone out of print. The suite from Lost Horizon sells that disc. Everything else is gravy.

Windtalkers / James Horner
-Powerful war score, with dramatic and action moments with native american color, with a strong theme. ****Unfaithful / Jan A.P. Kaczmarek
Haunting music for guitly pleasures. Lots of delicate piano, backed by strings and a unique use of female vocals, creating a nostalgic sense of romance, which is beautifully done. "The Wind" was pure poetry in the film. ****Dinotopia / Trevor Jones
Fantasy-Adventure score, for live action Dinosaur movie. Holds lyrical main theme, magical and uplifting atmosphere for the fantastical cities, as well some good rousing action music for the carnavor fights! ****Spider-Man : The Score / Danny Elfman
Explosive action score for a complex mix of orchestra, electronics and choir. Constant ecxitment keep the album strong. ****

isn't the Steiner/ Gerhardt disc also OOP?at least I can't find it.
I happen to have the Tiomkin album on LP. Never seen that CD either.
oh well.
Kaczmarek has such a great, unique musical language. Love what I've heard of him so far.

Whaddaya know... Now, Voyager is OOP also. I've seen a few copies around in used bins. Didn't realize it was gone, though...
Regarding Quo Vadis, it's a 2CD. The second disc has songs on it and hardly gets any play from me. I haven't heard anything from Kaczmarek that sucks ass. Even the least interesting score I've heard from him, The Third Miracle, has some interesting stuff going on in it.

That's nothing. In Austria, the German release is €50 (that's slightly less than $50), but since I hate German-dubbed games, and they also had the US version on sale, I supposed that the German version only has a German audio track and therefore picked up the US release for €70 (which is a lot).
So what did I find out when I first entered the main menu? I can select three different languages, English, French and German - for subtitles AND spoken dialogue. So I paid €20 more just for an English manual (and THAT really wouldn't have bothered me in German).

Even better in the full version of the game than in the demo.
The game is damn hard, by the way. Within two days, I had completed the demo in all 4 skill levels, but that's because you've got the lightsaber there. In the first few levels of the game, you don't have it (and no force powers, either), so you're extremely vulnerable.
