I dunno if this has been mentioned, but CompUsa has clips of the new score by Michael Giacchino....it sounds great! Amazon doesn't list the cd yet, and compusa only sells it with the game. Darn.http://gamefixx.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=16577&mid=&submid=

God, I hope we get a CD for this game... And I hope it has the new music from Allied Assault. Isn't the Playstation 2 dropping in price this week?

The soundtrack album is currently being pressed. Paul Tonks has supplied 12 pages of liner notes. In the booklet, from what Michael has told me, will be pictures from the recording session taken by yours truly. And there will only be Frontline music available on this disc. As of right now there is no plan to release the 15 minutes of music Michael composed for Allied Assault. Although, I think there are MP3 files that come with the game that allows you to hear the score away from the game.Michael is also working on two new movies. One being SIN with Gary Oldman... Michael I think records the score this month. Michael is also working on a new Disney T.V. film. No title just yet on that one.

truly the X-Box is the better system by far. But what drives the game industy are the games (duh) and in that department Microsoft is losing the fight. While I'm certainly on Microsoft's side and am planning to get the console eventually, they have not made a great impression on most gamers (as far as the game offerings are concerned). Ask any of my kids and they will tell you "whatever" and continue to have fun with the PS2. Hopefully Microsoft will pay more attention to the game development part of this business or else this great...outstanding system will go down the path of the Sega Dreamcast.

The biggest dissopointment on X-Box right know for me is the "User Soundtrack" Feature. I thought it would be an awsome idea to rip my favorite score tracks to the Hard Drive and play during the game play especially for HALO. But hardly any game supports that feature!
Also X-Box's DVD drive is supposidly 2 generations ahead of PS2's DVD playback. But I haven't seen this for my self since I don't watch DVDs.
