This rather dark anime film with Nazi-like wolves at war with humans has been making the rounds of film festivals.

Its score is out, distributed by Ever Amine records from Taiwan. I found it in a shop devoted to anime merchandise so I'm not sure just where you can locate one.

Aside from a title track which has a lot of rock guitar supporting it, this is a somber orchestral score, with a few brighter touches, almost romantic but very muted and elegaic, as if a crescendo was trying to express itself but couldn't. It reminded me a lot of Zimmer's The Thin Red Line, though not quite in the same league.
