    Hey Peter, isn't it about time to change our titles? Maybe to "Padawan" and "Jedi" or "Peter Parker" and "Spider-Man?"

    But who am I to tell you how to run your Web site?

    Let's go for something gender-less.

    I like "Old fart" and "New fart" myself, but it may not be appropriate for the newbies. They just might not get it.
