Hi Fellas,

I just came back from a real dull day at work, and I was wondering which scores do you hear to let go off all the steam you assembled during the day?
My favorite momentarily is THE CELL by Howard Shore. No score works better for me.

Philipp

np: the cell (shore)

You Have The Power from Dark City and Chase from Desperate Measures. Both by Trevor Jones.
If that doesn't work, then I'll put on a song called Bodies by Drowning Pool.

Np- Sleep Hollow

Total Recall! That said, when I come home from work or university, I usually have to gather steam first before I can let off any.

I'll have to second that suggestion for Total Recall. I also like Living Daylights for this sort of thing (played without the songs, in the film sequence.)

Total Recall for sure!

Rambo, too.

I like Tomorrow Never Dies as well.

I don't have any score to listen to. If I need to blow off steam, I go to the range and blow off a couple of hundred rounds with the guns.

Now that's entertainment!

Recall, Recall, Recall!

"End Of A Dream" is the one I went to today. It's relentless! There's a point toward the end of the cue where the synths sound like they're shooting into the sky....it gets me every time!

Shaun

NP---Total Recall here in a minute.....

I agree with The Fan, as 9 minutes into the soundtrack's version of Sacrifice is brilliant, and basically any action track by Zimmer, particularly "Bare Island" and "Hijack" from M:I-2, Chase from Peacemaker, "Journey to the Line" from Thin Red Line, "Arlington" from Days of Thunder, "Synchrotone" & "Tribal War" from Black Hawk Down, "Nick and Masa" from Black Rain, track 26(?) from Bird on a Wire, and "War" from Pearl Harbor.

Then's there are the others: Poledouris' "Federation March" from Starship Troopers, Trevor Rabin's Gone In Sixty Seconds and "Anarchy" from Deep Blue Sea, and "The Hyperion Job, I was Famous" from American Outlaws. That's just a small list. Living in this cynical world requires some "stylish hard action" music to go along with it, and that's how I get my fill.
