Bye the way, MissTonya, are you male or female? Your profile's a bit misleading with your female name/male E-Mail address. Your not a hermaphrodite are you?

We sometimes attend the local Greek Orthodox Church in Cincinnati (it's so much larger, prettier, and majestic than the Russian Orthodox Church here), and our friends there have wished me Happy Birthdays in the past. Not that I'm trying to take away from the significance of your greeting, of course. Thank you again!!!

Wait! Are you Orthodox?

And birthdays are just another reminder that you're one day closer to dying.

Now that's a thought!
I think Miss Tonya is a guy who misses his Tonya. I am sad for him if that is the case, and I will use my official birthday wish at the MM board for him. I wish Tonya comes back to M.T. so that he will be happy again, and to create a new user name, perhaps!posted 03-30-2002 08:14 PM PT (US)

Happy belated/early birthday, Kevin! May you live in good health as long as the Queen Mother did and enjoy many, many birthdays. May all of your friends here also be around for all those years to rejoice that their friend Kevin is still around to post at the MM board, too!

I care. If I didn't, then I wouldn't even bother to respond to what you've just said. I think many here care about you, Kevin, as I can't recall mass-snubbing of your posts. We care about your opinions, which means we care about you too. You may think you don't care about us, but you do. Otherwise, you wouldn't bother posting either. We're all good people who share a love of film music and on that common ground, we become friends even if we should never meet in person, and that means we all care. Come on, Kevin, give us a smile!

I told her your cool, and she agreed...so there ya go
She likes film scores, just not enough to ramble about them, as her hubby does....no, she has enough fun terrorizing the joblo movie boards
Best, and Happy Easter!!!

Either way is fine, Lightborne, as I've stated elsewhere, thanks to my family I had many names as I grew up...so you can call me whatever you like as I'll answer to almost anything.Maybe I should rethink that statement, shouldn't I?

Happy Belated Birthday-We've never formally met here, but whatever you hear from these guys- believe all of it just so it'll make you laugh.
Meantime, why do I suddenly take to the typewriter to wish you happiness? I recently acquired more time to spend on this site of late- as I usually do from April to August. It's pathetic how I'm seasonal like that.
My question is your handle, does it have any Polynesian/Hawaiian origins (I used to live there when I was still a military brat), and I was simply curious.
Best wishes!

Thank you, Widescreen, and it's a pleasure to meet you too. My name is a hybrid of my two Shih-Tsu dogs. In turn, their names came from 2 animated females from Japanese anime (I'm a huge cartoon fan, I must confess). Akane came from a cartoon series called "Ranma 1/2" (or was it Urusei Yatsura better known as Lum?), and Kimi (short for Kimiyo) came from the "Record of Lodoss Wars" series. Now, if you're wondering if I come from an asian country...no. I am Russian (from Ukraine) and am now a citizen of the USA. Confused yet? I think I may be!
