Just got the "Yo-Yo-Ma plays the music of John Williams" cd.
    -Concerto for Cello and Orchestra
    -Elegy for Cello and Orchestra
    -Three pieces for Solo Cello
    -Heartwood

    John Williams boring?
    I DON'T THINK SO.
    "Band music?"
    TOTALLY OUT OF THE QUESTION.

I'm having trouble understanding his Concerto(i only listened to it once).
Still though, it's nothing like the straightforward John Williams we all now.

np:the above (John Williams)*****/*****-The Elegy is an amazing piece!
