I just started watching this and the music is beautiful already! It's a 2 part 4 hour movie event on the Hallmark Channel which starts now and finishes tomorrow night! Don't miss!

Yes, formerly "Odyssey" but they changed names about 3 months ago. Part one of this movie was more than excellent! Can't wait for part 2 tomorrow...

Well, after seeing the second half of this "mini-series" last night, I'd have to say this is the best body of music that I've ever heard from Mr. Broughton! I hope a CD is released on this one as it was beyond beautiful IMHO.

Yeah, so you better start placing preorders now. Otherwise you won't get one.

Is this soundtrack better than the "Silverado" score?

I don't think he's ever going to top Silverado (, Young Sherlock Holmes, and Tombstone).

Let's not forget Harry and the Hendersons and The Boy Who Could Fly, Shaun... those are just as high ranking.

LOST IN SPACE, you wusses! It's better than all of those- with the exception of Silverado.

    LOL Roger, you so funny...

Tim, I honestly can't rank one Broughton score over another. I do have my favorites, but in the end, I love them all.

Broughton's like an Escher painting that way. Silverado's his best, Roughing It is better than Silverado, Tombstone is better than Roughing It, The Boy Who Could Fly is better than Tombstone, Lost in Space is better than The Boy Who Could Fly, Silverado is better than Lost in Space, Roughing It is better than Silverado, Tombstone is better than Roughing It, The Boy Who Could Fly is better than Tombstone, Lost in Space is better than The Boy Who Could Fly, Silverado is better than Lost in Space... well, you get the idea.

And where does Stay Tuned fit into the equation? No, I'm serious; I love that score.
