    Do... or do not.

    There is no try.

I think I heard that somewhere....

    Need... topic...

without topic, chatters become old ladies with mean vipers' tongues.

    How about:

    - All the fat in the soundtrack community? Are fanboys more obese than comic book fans/losers?

    - Is Ottman's X2 score going to be better than Kamen's? Or will it sound like yet another variation on a Usual Suspects theme?

    - Why Christopher Stone is underappereciated.

    - Would you buy a CD of suites and themes drawn from G.I.Joe and Transformers, arranged for big orchestra, performed by the Philadelphia Orchestra, conducted by a fanboy (you, I, anyone else)?

    - Should the MediaVentures clones be used as proof that cloning humans is a failure, as the clones have not lived up to the expectations set by the original model?

    - Which is better? DD|PCM|DSD|DTS|SACD|DVDA|SDDS|96/24? And why should anyone care since 66kbps mp3s sound the best? Particularly for large orchestral forces?

Propose any other topics, because the ones I just listed are lame.

    - Should people who obviously don't take film music chats serious be allowed to join them?

Umm, isn't there something going on tonight? I'm not sure.

Maybe it's because I'm still in shock over the events (personal) that have happened recently over the past days

There probably is something going on.
Including Trevor Rabin's favourite classical music piece. Learn more tonight, and how that piece explains Trevor Rabin's music.

Oh it was fun. The play by play only lasted a few minutes while the Bush thing was on TV making a serious face.

After that we reverted to talking about film scores, Goldsmith, official bootlegs, Hans Zimmer, Dan Wallin...

Fresh from the Award-winning Oscar chat of last night, the intrepid band of moviemusic brothers will once again assemble in cyberspace to - well, talk about whatever they want to.

Tonight. 12 hours from now. 9pm EST. 02:00 UT.

    Be there. Aloha.

Well, it's another Monday, so let's see if people will join in tonight.

I'll try to be there, but my attention might be on Kansas kicking Syracuse's ass all over the court tonight in the NCAA finals.

It's Monday again. Time to go back to work (for those who don't work weekends).

So that means there might be a chat tonight. We can talk about tomorrow being "Tax" day (here in the USA). Or something fun. "I'd tax Raquel Welch. And I'm afraid she's tax me." "I would tax the nude in my bed. No.. not tax... what is the word... Welcome."

Or we could reminisce about the 4 years here at MM.com. Or something fun.

Or we could just whine, bitch, and complain about the state of film music, and the fanboys.
