Guys and ladies...I just heard from the lovely Galina, who tells me that she has been "otherwise occupied" but will be returning shortly.

Thank you all my wonderful friends! It's so nice to know that one is missed. I must confess that I have been a bad girl and haven't stopped by for over a week (nor was I visiting FSM) because I found a really cool website called "AMG" or "the All Music Guide." It is the most comprehensive source for musicians and music releases I have ever seen anywhere. It has virtually every recorded artist that would be popular in any english-speaking country.
It not only has all variants of rock, country, jazz, blues, new age, big band, classical, advant garde, etc. but even has entries about all of our favorite composers of film music too! With few exceptions, it has a mini-biography for each artist as well as a photo, and then it has lists of every release they've ever done, and even other releases that they contributed to from other performers!!!
I instantly became addicted to it, especially when I found out that under the world music section...they even have some Russian artists (although most are from other countries). I became so wrapped up in this site that I lost all track of time until some of my good friends from here (and FSM & Filmtracks) reminded me that I had strayed away from "home" which is where we all spend most of our online time.
Anyway, I have returned and don't anticipate leaving again in the near future. I'm sorry I caused some to be concerned, but I'm glad so many genuinely care about me! Thank you all very, very much!
with love,
Galina

Okay, now that she's back, I'll leave for a while.
Nah, did that before, didn't have any effect.
