Think outside the box for this one. Think as though NONE of these are in the works, so each one is as unlikely to be heard as the other. What would you rather hear? Attack of the Clones score Episode III score Another Indiana Jones score Another Superman score A completely new Williams score for a nonfranchisal movie I think I'd pick EpIII. My mind just BOGGLES at the thought of the music that will be heard when ObiWan and Anakin duel for the second to last time.

My mind just BOGGLES at the thought of the music that will be heard when ObiWan and Anakin duel for the second to last time.Sounds like that won't be the only thing happening to you... Anyhow, I'd have to say an Indy score and film... I have no hope in the new SW flicks given the first was so insanely bad, and I honestly didn't care a whole lot for Williams' Ep1 score either.. Bring on Spielberg, Williams and Ford!

Okay, here's my humble opinion:Spielberg is the man...(and yes, I know every film he's done hasn't been a hit, but he's got imagination, vision and emotion) His collaboration with Williams is the ultimate partnership (Hitchcock/Herrmann). So, yes, I definitely want to hear a new Indy score...because that will most likely prompt a full release of the second and third films on CDs. And, to be honest, I'm looking forward to both Attack of the Clones and Episode III equally... the Star Wars saga will be complete, we'll have the dark edges to Williams score, plus new romantic emotioanl heartbreak as things fall apart between Anakin and Padme. And sure, the Harry Potter series provides a new source of magic. Damn....I can't really decide. What was the question? J.C.

Actually, the last time Obi-Wan and Anakin duel is in Episode IV, if you think about. But at that time, Anakin is Vader. You know, that scene will be much more powerful to watch (if that's possible) now that we know their history as master and pupil and as friends. To see Vader actually kill Obi-wan in cold blood and know that it is really Anakin and you can picture their past history will add more subtext to that scene. Anywho, I am looking forward to both the EpII and EpIII scores, but that is all for any franchise efforts from Williams. I am really eager for Williams to quit with the sequel scoring business and get back to stand-alone projects.
