Owing to the continued interfering and biased moderation at both the Film Score Monthly and MovieMusic message boards, legal action may well be taken against Lukas Kendall and Peter Kelly in the very near future.

Unless DANIEL2 is officially readmitted to the FSM and MM message board membership within 24 hours from this point in time formal legal proceedings will commence. In addition, a substantial reduction in the amount of biased interference from the message board moderator will be expected in future.

During the past eight months, a detailed and extensive dossier of human rights infringements perpetrated by the moderators of the FSM and MM message boards has been prepared.....thank you to the dozen or more message board members who have aided me in the correlation of this data, we have prepared over 1,200 examples of unjust, discourteous and biased message board stewardship.......for obvious reasons you wish to remain anonymous, but I will contact you and thank you all personally in due course.

My team of 40 highly qualified and experienced legal experts , in conjunction with their US representatives, are currently preparing the first stages in formal legal action.

My hope is the FSM and MM message boards will become forums which celebrate freedom of expression without the need to engage in a legal battle. Indeed, if legal action does become necessary, it may well lead to the closure of the FSM and MM message boards......a situation that would suit nobody, least of all me......

Newbies: DANIEL2 has taken the name of H ROCCO2 in the hopes of busting open some old wounds. That's what DANIEL2 does ... tries to hurt people under the guise of "freedom."

Some time ago, a few paranoid people compiled "evidence" that Rocco and D2 were the same person. Their arguments failed to convince either Peter K, the FSM admins, or the vast majority of seasoned posters. Rocco, however, was so enthusiastically persecuted that posting here no longer became "fun" ... having to ceaselessly reassure people that you are who you say you are can put a damper on your motivation. That, combined with real-world issues that made the internet a low priority, drove him to leave.

Even IF the McCarthy-esque individuals who defamed his name were correct -- something they couldn't even make a convincing case for, let alone prove -- they exorcised the wrong demon.

H ROCCO, the well-spoken, knowledgeable, polite, witty and always POSITIVE poster (whom I have met in person, by the way) has never been back.

DANIEL2, destructive troll extraordinare, is still here and shows no signs of leaving.

Team of 40 lawyers? I am sure that a "dustman" can easily afford the expense of fighting an international lawsuit, but your case probably falls short on merits.

Specifically, what laws do you allege have been violated? (I am looking for actual citings from federal code that would be involved in the lawsuit.)

This board is not under federal control or jurisdiction. It does not receive federal funds. It is a private organization, not a public one.)

Since any filings are part of the public record, I am sure that you will not hesitate to post a copy of that filing at this board. And, since all parties of the suit have to be served, I am sure that Peter Kelly will be happy to confirm if he receives such a filing. Failure to do so will surely show this “lawsuit” to be the sham that it is.

Your New Year’s resolution should be to find some other group of people to annoy and to get a little prospective. It is obvious that you are not welcome by the hosts of these forums. Even if the membership clamored for your company, (which it apparently does not) they are not in position legally or morally to enforce that desire. My advice is take your show to a board you have not worn your welcome out on and try it there.

Just to let you know a little bit of good news, Wedge, H Rocco (not H ROCCO2) did actually respond to a thread of mine recently! Of course, when I read it I told him that I was happy to see he was back, but unfortunately he didn't answer to that one. I think he still visits both boards but his posts are now few and far between. It truly saddens me as I feel we are all worse off without his input on our threads and in our lives. I miss you terribly, Rocco, if you're out there.
