Just for fun, the three "Daniel2" phases, in my opinion:

1. Daniel2 enters board arena. He appears to be a devoted soundtrack fan with plenty of time on his hands. He writes posts that go on forever, with some good points and plenty of opinion.
   
2. Daniel2 copies and pastes replies of earlier posts regarding Forever Young and other former ramblings. He stresses out many people with the Rocco incident (which still confuses me to this day) and I understand he was soon banned from FSM and here.
   
3. A banned Daniel2 decides to resurrect himself and suddenly decides he will attempt to intimidate board moderators with the threat of legal action. Board members are annoyed and feel the novelty of Daniel2 has past. This figment of somebody's imagination has far worn out its welcome.

I was banned because Peter Kelly is an egregiously biased message board moderator who disagreed with my opinions. It wasn't about the number of handles I used or the perceived offensiveness of my postings.......it was merely the fact that Peter didn't like what I had to say.....hence, I do not recognize his authority as moderator of this board.

Maybe I'm off base or something, but I think that's your problem right there. This is a privately run message board owned and operated by Peter Kelly. And he can moderate it any way he feels. If you don't like it, that's your problem - not his.

Whether or not you "recognize his authority" is irrelevant. It's his website, his message board. He is the authority here, and if you have a problem with that, go elsewhere.

Thank you for your valued comments. I'm glad that you have decided not join those who would seek to prevent me from posting here. I look forward to expressing my opinions in future without remonstration from yourself.

I really don't have a problem with Peter being an egregiously biased board moderator. Whether he likes it or not, I shall continue to post at this message board. Although I would miss his input at this message board, Peter is quite welcome to go elsewhere if he wishes.
