OK...so I had to tape Temptation Island and fast forward until I found it (at least there were a couple LOTR previews thrown in!)

Looks like this one holds promise...Tobey Maguire (sp?) fills Peter Parker's geeky shoes quite well...Green Goblin still looks a little too high tech...but I don't think a little green guy in a loin cloth and hood would translate well on the big screen.

Anyway looking forward to this one...as a sidebar--does anyone know what the trailer music is from? Is it "preview" music?

I'm impressed! Looks like the camera angles during the web slinging scenes will be a roller coaster ride. If Stan Lee had anything to do with this movie, then expect nothing but fun!

It uses THE MATRIX, SCREAM, PLANET OF THE APES (2001), and music from "Unearthed" (E.S. Posthumus).

Dan--I recognized the music at the end of the trailer from the POTA trailer...but is it actually from the film...I don't remember it anywhere?

As I already wrote - it's from the
"Unearthed" cd by E.S. Posthumus. (More specifically, the "Pompeii" cue.)

    E.S. Posthummus RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    and the Trailer ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, BUY THE CD. YOu won't be sorry. It's cheap too. Order it at cdstreet.com or at ESPOSTHUMMUS.com. It's all the same.

Got done with my first final today and while I was feeling really down this trailer cheered me up RIGHT AWAY. SAM RAIMI IS THE MAN!!! No doubt I'm gonna be at the premier of this sucker!

    Try this. http://www.cdstreet.com/cgi-bin/artist_products.cgi?441241&441244
If that doesn't work, just go to cdstreet.com and type unearthed into the search thingie. It's the only place that sells it.

As much as I'm getting sick of E.S. Posthummus's music in just about every trailer these days, I'd have to say it, as usual, worked incredibly well.

This film looks pretty sweet, a blockbuster if there ever was one... It's nice to see it isn't taking itself too seriously, and the effects/shots look wicked.

Oh yeah, I think I caught some nipple action on Kirsten too

    I'll be there.

I, for one, feel NO need to see the movie NOW after the 2 minute trailer showed SO DAMN MUCH!

Did they really need to pack in SO much?

The pisser is I couldn't take my eyes away from it knowing full well i was watching the entire film unfold before me.

Well while it did show quite a bit, it's still NOTHING compared the 4.5 minute TITANIC trailer....
