I have been keeping my ears open for this one and I have not heard a thing about a CD release. The film was puched up to Jan 18th so I'd guess mid next month and we will start hearing things, but I'll keep my ears open.--Brian (HPA)

The film was pushed back? I wonder why...Me thinks it's because they are scared everybody will still be flocking to Lord of the Rings after the word of mouth gets around...
Besides, who is really looking forward to this film when Jackson's masterpiece (hope hope) comes out a month earlier? Personally - and I'm a fan of both Scott and Zimmer - I could care less!

The studio is currently in negotiations w/ Decca/UC for a soundtrack release. I don't believe anything has been finalized yet.
