For anyone who's interested . . . there's an article on Williams' work on "Harry Potter" in today's "USA Today," which you can read on-line here:
www.usatoday.com/life/lear.htmBut if you buy the paper, there's an accompanying article on his work on the "Star Wars" scores (which also mentions that on Nov. 27, he'll be recording the 2002 Winter Olympics theme, that will appear on the Sony Classics disc "American Journey," to be released in January).

Hmmm, wonder if other goodies by Williams will be on that cd? I wonder if might include the 2000 Unfinished Journey????

In the second article Williams also says he is "a third of the way through EPISODE II score", confirms he'll write the music for Spielberg's CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, plus a Horn Concerto, a piece for the opening of Walt Disney Hall, and shows interest in scoring the second HARRY POTTER movie.BTW, the article IS available on line at:
