OK, AS I THINK ANYBODY WOULD AGREE, THIS ALBUM IS DEFFINATELY A KEEPER. AT FIRST LISTEN YOU MIGHT NOT
GET WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM JARVIS AND CO. BUT THE SECOND TIME I HEARD IT IT MAGICALLY GOT BETTER, THE NEXT TIME IS EVEN BETTER AND THE NEXT BETTER STILL. I JUST WANT TO INFORM OR POSSIBLY REMIND EVERYONE THAT IF YOU WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THIS LEACH OF A BAND OR JUST WANT TO SEE WHAT THEY'RE UP TO THESE DAYS YOU CAN CHECK OUT THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE "PULP PEOPLE" WWW.PULPPEOPLE.DEMON.CO.UK THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. IT IS VERY HOMELY AND IS UPDATED DAILY WITH THE MOST AND BEST INFO ON PULP AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT EVERYONE GET THIS ALBUM IF YOU'RE AT ALL REMOTELY INTERESTED IN PULP. THEY WILL
DEFFINITELY PULL YOU IN. EACH SONG HAS SUCH A UNIQUELY SMOOTH SOUND THAT BRINGS ME BACK TO THE EARLY DAYS OF PULP. LIKE BEFORE HIS’N’HERS AND DIFFERENT CLASS. YOU CAN’T LOSE!

    Ricky243,

I think the issue TV's Frank was really getting at was: what does this have to do with movie music??

Also, you might want to check your keyboard; your Shift key seems to be stuck.

Err?!...I can just about link this to film music....I saw Jarvis at John Barry's 1998 concert in London and know that he's a Barry fan, he also sang All Time High on David Arnold's James Bond Project album!

He also became a hero for jumping up on stage and ruining that child abusing prat Michael Jackson's 'I'll save the world, I'm a god and the pope will kiss my ass' song at the Brit awards!

DID I SAVE RICKY243'S LIFE OR WHAT!

Thank you Timmer. You made my point. I suppose I should have added a little more to the movie part of movie music. But Pulp or even more Jarvis Cocker have a lot to do with films. I could sit here and type out a list for you or you could visit their site and check it out for your self. You folks are an angry bunch aren't you? I just posted my first topic here just to inform any Pulp fans or potential fans of their new albums release. I only use a computer at work so I didn't have a chance to deffend myself until now. Pulp have been on numerous soundtracks and have taken part in many short films and even originally had a role in "Velvet Goldmine" which very unfortunately was later cut out. Plus Jarvis along with others in the band are film majors. So yes perhaps I was at fault for not mentioning there role in the "movies" however perhaps next time you should do some research before nagging so much. I guess I figured if people didn't know about Pulp they would keep their greesy little thoughts (especially about myself, muchless the topic band.) to them selves. Perhaps you negative types should consider that next time.
