hey, this is off topic but if any of you are carving pumpkins, be careful... i can't emphasize it enough.

i just slashed my left wrist accidently. and it hit a nerve that caused a burning sensation that refuses to go away....

If you haven't had a doctor look at it, you should have that nerve looked at. There are things to be done as soon as possible to avoid more damage. Take care!

In TENERIFE if I remember right Marian!?

I once fell down two flights of stairs and landed on my chin without putting my arms out in front for the crash landing! Saying it hurt a 'bit' is like saying Pol Pot was 'not a nice man'

on a similar note, it took me 3 tries to kill a lobster at work last night.

damn thing fought me to the end, but I finally won out.

Yep, in Tenerife where they can't do local anesthetizations. Well, they do try, but it's just 20 more needle stitches that hurt.

And Timmer... just WHY the hill didn't you use your arms!?

Well this is a kinda weird story but when I was going on this field trip to the airport for school and the tour guide was showing us this dog that sniffs cocane, you know what I mean. Well anyway they gave it this ball to play with and the master of the dog would toss the ball at the dog and the dog would catch the ball in his mouth. This was a tennis ball by the way, and the dog tried to catch the ball but it bounced of it's nose and flew towards me and hit me right were it hurts. And trust me it hurt, if you get my drift. I hate that dog.

As I said weird, but it's true I swear!

Well we cleaned it up and all. It's not too bad but it's nasty.

I thini it's getting better though. We called 911 and an ambulance came and they said it was alright.

But I still have no feeling in my thumb...
I think it will get better though.

Giving candy to trick or treaters and chasing kids down the road while I was dressed up like Michael Myers last night got my mind off of it.
