The music gets a little repetitious, but I've not seen movie music used like this before.

I am speechless. Well, almost.PeterK,
that was a beautiful experience. It reminded me of the God speaks advertising campaing from a few years back.
Thank you for providing the link. For me it came at the right time.
(Your right about the music, they should have used a suite instead of repeating the selection over and over, but even this way it was a remarkable experience)

You're right, Silvestri's piece repeats itself far too much. I was oh so overjoyed to hear it at the beginning, but it got so tedious I shut the thing off before it even ended

Well I can say one thing is that they chose fine music but half way through they should have changed to track 2 on Legends of the Fall that would have fit it well.Jz

Thanks for the comments. This "Interview with God" has been around for quite a while... there are even battles among the religious fanatics about who put together the original flash presentation piece (just take a look at interviewwithgod.com, interviewwithjesus.com, etc).Left wingers and right wingers alike can appreciate this piece. This is not religious propaganda. Most people are already sold on the idea of a Supreme Being, whether fanatically religious or not (it's more about metaphysics to me, which is far more comprehensive and cohesive than most religions when it comes to understanding God).
Anyway, this is a nice piece to see, considering all that's happened in the last 30 days.

Like cine-sin, I enjoyed it... But because I'm not as religious as most of you guys tend to be, I didn't get as much out of it... Should I be sorry, Scott?"are you really surprised?"...
Give me a f'n break, man.

Nobody said you should be sorry my friend. Not at all did we expect this link to make everyone discuss their experiences with religion. Scott and I's point was the fact that people were complaining about the music repeating and who had rights to the pictures being used. Completely disregarding the message. I hope you weren't offended Jason

By the way, like the suggestion mentioned above, what other score cues could've been effective for this link? I personally have no clue, but would love to see others opinions

First off Jason,
I am not religious. In fact I hate that turn.
Secondly,
you and I have been friends for a long time. Now does it seem that after all the discussions we have had, that I would suggest to you or anyone else to be sorry for not being religious, or whatever you want to call it?
My point was simple, and this is what it was:
You wrote you got so irritated by the repeated music, you didn't even bother to read the rest of the message. The point here was the message, not the movie. Have you ever left the theater before the end of a movie, a good movie, just because you couldn't stand the music?
Had you bothered with actually the message, more than the music, perhaps you would have found out that the wisdom displayed in the sayings were universal, whether God inspired or not.
The "are you surprise" was a comment not directed to you but directed to a fellow believer who understood the signiciance of it. I was talking about a spiritual truth that has nothing at all to do with you or your comment.I am not going to explain this here on the board, but if you want to I'll be glad over aim.
My overall question here is very basic. Why is it that the statement I made seemed to have offended you so much. My statement was not about your blieve. It was about your attitude towards a website that was trying to communicate something. If we close our eyes and shut off our ears thus quickly because of some minor irregularities, how can we ever become effective communicators.
So, here I am again, offering my deepest apologize for having posted something that was not inteded to offend but apparently has.

In fact, I lowered the volume and simply played Forrest Gump from the beginning. Was quite a treat.
