As much as I love this show, a good deal of the scores sound...oh, what's the word...oh, yeah, cheap. But Alan Silvestri's scores somehow manage to stand out. Does anyone know where I can find them on CD?

Unfortunately, the only CD of score from "Tales from the Crypt" was released on Big Screen Records, and included music by Elfman, Horner, and others - but I don't recall any Silvestri cues being present. Can anyone with the disc confirm?

I donīt have the CD myself, but I think Dan is right. Thereīs nothing of Silvestriīs music for the show on it. A shame, really.SFT

I can confirm it...unfortunately so.
Although the album is quite "nice", in my opinion they could have made it better.
YES, Alan Silvestri did very good music for various episodes.I personally like most of all the Main Title sequence and the intros and closing comments by the Crypt Keeper

I have a CD with unreleased music from Tales From The Crypt. It features two Silvestri scores: HOUSE OF HORROR and TIL DEATH DO WE PART. They're both about 13mins each. Cool stuff...
