It means dumbasses in the music business don't know how to give credit to a person who composes music without words.

(e.g., most soundtracks in most music retailer databases are listed under "Artist: Soundtrack" or "Various Artists".)

Well, I hope the film isn't flowed with pop and hip-hop songs like "The Grinch." I hope it's more like JP3 and AI---majority are tracks of score and only a couple songs. I can only hope though.

Which is one advantage with hmv.co.uk

Type John Debney in the search engine, choose "Artist" and click on Go.

The thing finds composers by their name!

Samscd.com also had a similar system. Until the website was shut down.

Uhhh... type in "John Debney" at Amazon.com and see what comes up.

You can almost always find CD's listed by composer there. They're just notoriously incorrect when the CD hasn't come out yet. Remember how long they had "John Williams" listed under Jurassic Park 3 instead of Don Davis?

Does anyone else highly doubt that that's the official cover art for the CD, though? I mean, it doesn't SAY John Williams on it anywhere. I find it hard to believe his contract would allow that to be left off.

Yeah. Though I do hope they keep this picture for the cover, it looks great.

Post is here too. On the 16 September at the CBBC Prom in the Park, Hedwig's Theme will have its European debut performance. Although I still have been unable to discover if it's going to be broadcast on TV or radio.

Yeah Dalboz I get the feeling that they may change the text to MUSIC COMPOSED AND CONDUCTED BY JOHN WILLIAMS I mean they had Williams name on JP3 and he didn't right any of the music to that.
