I just watched the documentary (one full hour!!) on the Ben Hur DVD (didn't have time to watch the actual movie on the disc yet
). Can anyone tell me what music is heard during the excerpts of the 1925 silent Ben Hur? Is it the Carl Davis score? Because it sounds really good!NP: Igor Stravinsky: Le Sacre du Printemps (Oslo Philharmonic, Mariss Jansons)

Regarding BEN-HUR: I don't know and I don't care.Regarding THE RITE OF SPRING: The best version I've heard is George Solti & the Chicago Symphony.
