People are allways speculating at where they come from, and others mentioning that that would show their hand- i agree. BUT as long as you guys got your hands in this stuff, why not take suggestions? If we post what we want, will you try to get it?

    That makes two of us.

    Then there's Christopher Stone's The President's Man.
as well as Jerry Goldsmith's IQ.
    Whoever-Composed-It's Scary Movie 2.
    and whole bunch of others.

Except for that 1st one, the other 2 are avaliable as bootlegs. I've seen them on people's lists. Just post that you are looking for them.

I beg to differ Justin, I.Q. is only available on the Screen Themes 2 boot and that's the only place it's available at the moment. The complete score isn't available at this time. As for Scary Movie 2, it was originally scored by George S.Clinton, but it was thrown out at the last minute and replaced by another stitch temp job by Marco Beltrami and John Debney. I doubt that score will see the light of day unfortunetly I'd like to hear it myself personally.

But my wish list of boots would be:

    Reindeer Games-Alan Silvestri
    I.Q.-Jerry Goldsmith
    48 Hours (complete)-James Horner
    Antitrust-Don Davis
    Bait-Mark Mancina
    Johnny Mnemonic-Brad Fiedel
    Animal House-Elmer Bernstein
    Money Talks-Lalo Schifrin
    Judgment Night-Alan Silvestri
    Rat Race (rejected)-Elmer Bernstein

And I forgot George S.Clinton's scores to:
Black Dog and 3000 Miles to Graceland.
that along with James Horner's Commando would make things right.

Just off the top of my head, I would LOVE a release of Howard Blake's "S.O.S. Titanic". Its an early 80's miniseries that I used to love when I was little. It had a beautiful sad main theme that I taped off the tv set. I think I remember reading somewhere that a promo was due soon, but that was a long time ago :-(

John....there is the SFX bootleg to Temple of Doom. The sound is decent enough.

I don't think we will have to wait too long for an expanded Temple. The rights to Raiders recently reverted back to Lucasfilm I think, so perhaps a box set is on its way (maybe when the trilogy is released on dvd)

Does anyone remember the movie Timerider? With Fred Ward. I'd love to have a score for that. I used to have the credits and a few other spots on tape which I did when I was younger. A lot of fun that score was. And the movie.

Timerider is a whole lot of fun... It should be mentioned that it's due out on DVD shortly.

I have American Psycho and it's a good score. Very short at 27 minutes without effects and stuff.

Oh BMikeJ, I wanna know why you can't trade I.Q. with me huh. What's the problem? What's the problem? I really wanna know because that email you sent me was rather disturbing and I don't like people saying stuff about me without actually trading with me first. I havent' traded with you so I can't judge you know can I? And is it fair for you to do the same thing without actually trying it, I don't think so.

See what I mean..you can't say anything can you..you prick! End of Story. and this ain't fun Boba, I wish it was but it really ain't. to be questioned over and over again about the way you trade isn't something that you want over your head. Especially because some people around here and a few others won't just come forward just say what the freakin problem is. That's that and that's how things get resolved nice and easy. But these people just choose to make it harder for me, but you know, I just don't care because it's not my life and I won't let it be my life unlike most of you but that's cool. It's your thing and I really understand it because I love music too you know. But for the others who take this off the deep end seriously, share with the underprivileged. It'll be worth it.

Actually, there is no question about your trading practices. It's a matter of public record. The solution to this is a simple one. Establish a solid foundation of good trading, with no bullsh**, and I don't think you'll have any more problems. That means you send things out when you say you're going to send them out, you pack them in such a way that the jewel case isn't crushed to a fine powder upon delivery, and you provide discs that don't look as if you dragged them on the pavement on your way to the Post Office. It's a small matter, really.

Yeah but you know what if you were a real man, you've said something then. NOT F**KING NOW! For goodness sakes, that's all you care about. MAN GET A FREAKIN LIFE WILL YOU. MY GOODNESS, BY THE WAY YOU SAY THAT IT'S AS IF YOU'RE NEVER GONNA GET LAID AGAIN. S**T YOU LOVE YOUR SOUNDTRACKS THAT MUCH. MAN..THAT WOULD BE THE LEAST OF MY WORRIES. WELL TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION. YOU'RE MISTAKEN PAL AND YOU DON'T KNOW ME AND I DON'T WANNA KNOW YOU AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE BECAUSE I SAY SO. AND BESIDES IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME ALL THIS STUFF WILL GET OUT. PATIENCE IS VIRTUE, NOT PERFECTION. PERFECTION WILL ONLY KILL YOU, PAITENCE WILL ONLY MAKE YOU STRONGER.

What an age we live in where that, which was not previously available to us, now is. But, in some aspects, there should be a ceiling on what is available to us. Example: did anyone else know that there are two 70-minute boots out there for "I Love Trouble"? One with Elmer Bernstein's rejected score and one with David Newman's complete score. Has anyone seen the film? The score is far from Newman's best, and yet, there it is. It's also unusual that this score is available, while "Snow Day" (Steve Bartek), "The Shadow" - complete (Jerry Goldsmith) and "Ghost in the Machine" (Graeme Revell), to name three examples, will possibly never see the light of day. Just my $0.02.
