Well, I think they're selling it for about £10, so that'd be about $15. Not bad!

    what's this Volume 1 stuff....?

And, y'know, honestly, I haven't seen the movie, so just how is the music? Craig Armstrong has impressed me sufficiently, but just how alike/unalike his past work is this score....?

Volume 1 is songs from and inspired by the movie.

Volume 2 is the score by Armstrong.

    Volume 2 has two tracks:

1 As If You Said Nothing - Vocal Track
    2 Symphony for Isabelle - 19 cues
Total running time 73 mins approx.

Score has oriental feel to it and as you would expect very action orientated. Lots
of synth and some choral work but don't
expect Plunkett and Macleane. Not every
cues a winner but well worth a listen.

I thought trading was all fine-and-good for promos and boots. But to trade for something you can just go out and buy?? Tsk tsk.....

Check on the Amazon.fr web site. They have 2 mode of shipping, Express (1 to 5 days) and Standard. The price is in France Franc, but if you go on Yahoo.com, then go in Finance, then Currency, you'll be able to convert the France Franc to your currency. I'm in Canada, and I bought the CD from Amazon.fr. The CD itself is not much expansive than another import CD here. As for the shipping, it's 10$ Can for the standard way, and 20$ can for the express (which I choosed). I hope that answer your question.

I should receive it in the next few days. I can't wait! :-) I loved the score in the movie!

I just read some comments about this score... and it doesn't look too good. Sounds like most of it is music which was made to fit the film, but which is rather boring on CD without the images.

Well, I was able to find the link from what you posted. ;-) Yeah, I understand french, I live in Montreal / Quebec / Canada, so I talk french and english. ;-) Well, the guy said it was good. Dark, maybe too slow, but good. And I remember some parts of it in the movie, and I enjoyed it a lot. Anyway, I'll give my feelings about it when I'll receive it. ;-) Thanks for the link.

I finally got it! :-) It's a real nice score. Was better with the movie, but it's still nice on the CD. It's like Bone Collector, but with more rythms. I like it. It's a long CD, a little bit less than 74 minutes, dark ambiant music, with some cool action music. No memorable theme like P & M or R & J. Like I said, it's similar to Bone Collector, for the dark side, and ambiant style. ;-) If you are a Craig Armstrong fan, I recommend it! :-) And for over 70 minutes of music, it worth the price. ;-)

    I ordered one on Tuesday.
I'm in the US and shipping was $8 and The CD was $12. It came out to about 20.91.

The only problem I had was signing up and going through the ordering process since everthing was French. I had to give the translator at AltaVista a real work out. :-)
Then I had to figure out how much 154,87 FF was in US Dollars.

I think the CD plays much better when shortened and played in this order.

    10
    9
    4
    5
    13
    8
    17
    18
    19
    20
    1

    total time: 45:37
