I just saw the movie tonight, a pretty damn cool movie but what also caught my attention with me being a tecno score lover was infact the score. Was there a composer or not?? I am sure there won't be a score release..But I did like the music if anyone has any info about it please tell me thanks!!!matt

Yeah, I wish there would be a score release. Go to Amazon.com and read reviews for this information: the techno was by BT. He has several techno albums. One reviewer said that some of the music in the movie was his previously released music, but I don't know how much of it is.Michel

I agree here. Just saw the movie and man is it incredible. Score aided a lot to how well presented the film was. Please if anyone has any info on which BT CD's to get that were in the film let us know. Maybe a score release of his will come out later. Who knows

A missed opportunity, on part of the filmmakers. The story is basically a classic western built around racing and provided a great opportunity for a modern western film of sorts. Unfortunately, the filmmakers altogether ignore this and create a standard race car flick.Oh well.
It woulda been cool.

Ummmmmmmm...Al, it sounds like you missed the whole point of the movie. Try viewing it again with what you just said in mind

Dude, I have no idea what you said. Could you break it down for me?

Can someone who knows the basic story ideas and structures of a Western flick and was somehow dragged to this "Fast and the Furious" film vouch for me here?(The STORY of "Fast and the Furious" operates like a modernized Western, but, thanks to a filmmaker who only had the shallow vision of race cars and techno music, the FINISHED FILM competely misses this.)
