    Is it true that Marco Beltrami has replaced George S. Clinton on Scary Movie 2?
    I really don't hope so.
    Thanks for every information!

    Yes, it's true.

    George's killer score has been tossed, and in its stead Marco had been asked to assemble a team of orchestrators to adapt the temp score, which consisted of LITTLE NICKY and stuff like that.

    <sigh>

    Dan, was Clinton's score like Kitay's for the first film?
    Why was it tossed?

    What sort of time frame does Beltrami have on this? Can we expect a promo of "Scream Lite"

    I've not heard Clinton's score - yet.... but I'm told it was in the style of the 1970s and 1980s horror films.... Oh well.

    Beltrami's timeframe?? Ha!

    He's done. Got the phonecall last Monday, assembled everyone together, and they recorded on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday and Sat. they mixed it.

    Remember, the film comes out in 2 weeks (July 4 weekend) and Clinton's score had already been recorded and mixed - so there wasn't much time!

    No kidding! These short time frames must go!

    Too bad about Clinton's score, he has a knack for pastiche. 70's and 80's horror eh? Right up my alley, I'm sure I would have loved it

    Time for the inevitable boots right?
