I can't claim to be any authority on the subject, because while I would love to own stock and see the company portfolio that Fox would provide- I don't have it.

But I can give you an eductaed guess for whatever it's worth: Your friend may have meant to say that Fox has Greek Investors. And why not? Everyone wants some piece of American Cinema's pie. Fox has two major bigwigs, or did at one point, I'm not sure who has left or gone with except of Bill Mechanic who was head of production for Fox up until after last summer or fall- he was dismissed after the major projects he over saw were performing poorly (oddly enough X-Men opened, I think on his intended last day, and that film could've saved him).

    K. Rupert Murdoch owns the parent company that now holds Fox Property, which is News Corporation of America- and Sumner Redstone at one point was involved with Fox in a certain capacity. I apologize for being vague, but it's been awhile since all this information came across my desk. After some research, perhaps I could tell you more.

Again, it may be a good idea to seek out books about Fox, of which I know one coffee table book existed at one point.
