We're gonna need a bigger map, right?
I have serious connection problems at the moment, so I can't try it out myself, but this sounds interesting:
You'll have to play a bit with the parameters (the map I tried just shows a snippet of Europe), but I think you can get a world map out of this tool. Apparently, it's possible to download the generated map in Postscript or Adobe Illustrator format. That way, you should be able to generate true high-res images even if the resolution of the PNGs created by the tool isn't good enough.

Si, si, el wistiti esta en the misma area. <- Remember boys and girls: when you learn a language, you should practice it. Otherwise, you end up speaking spanish like I do: not at all.

Isn't the map updated yet, or am I just trying the wrong link (because I can't see myself and a bunch of other names on the map, even if I try "Reloading" it) ??!One other thing, PeterK - you should really include a link to the map INTO the Members Profile "main page" thingy !!!

There ain't no Taco Bells in Quebec.
There are some in Ontario, but I've never had time to go into one. And I can't remember having seen many in New England.posted 09-28-2001 06:27 PM PT (US)

This has been updated only partially. Adding the additional USA members is an excercise in logic. The USA members will be in a smaller font once that side of the hemisphere is updated (who knows when... kinda busy at the moment). Thanks for looking....

Not any room for more purple lines pointing to Old Blighty, Gae. If you move to Siberia, you might even get your name in really big letters.

America could easily be filled with more names...Mark H, Joan Hue, Chris K, Galina...to name but a few. And WALES isn't on the map until Gae's name goes up?!
