I've heard viscious, and so far, unverifiable rumours that there are bootlegs of the complete Scream Trilogy out there. I know because I found these track titles and times, which I've checked against the films, and found accurate. So, anyone have the story?

I would love nothing more than to have all 3 of these score complete, and clean with no f/x which the first Scream has I believe. Yes, please, anyone have info?

I can practically guarantee that those are "karaoke scores" - scores with sound effects and reduced dialogue, taken from the DVDs by eliminating all but the left and right rear channels. Just looking at the track titles looks more like someone's descriptive names for what's on screen as opposed to any "official" titles.

Would you mind telling us WHERE you found these listings? And what is the significance of the asterisks? These look suspiciosly like Jeff Johns' creations.

    Michael,
Not mine. Although I do have the first which has sfx. But I'm not sure about the other two. But I cab gurantee that have sfx and dialogue in them too. Beltrami said he never sent out any complete copy of Scream 3 to anyone because he was happy with the Varese release. I know someone who has an acutal complete copy of Scream 1 and said there is one for Scream 2. But I would say these have sfx in them.

I do know that some of Scream 3 was ghostwritten (the old-fashioned way, where the writer doesn't get the credit). Maybe that's why Beltrami was happy with the Varese version (though, I think that at least one of the ghosted cues appeared on that disc, but I could be wrong).

Thanks, Sean. I don't know for how long though. I've updated my site with the most recent twist in my medical condition so you can check it out there.

I'd still like to see the link to where Maestro Sartori found these track listings.

We're all pulling for MJ (not Michael Jackson, though I hear our Mike does a MEAN-ASS moonwalk)!

    Your friend (hopefully),

I am just looking for something that on Scream part 1 has Casey's phone call to her parents, or where she is talking on the phone, and her mom can hear her

Yes, that IS such a wicked bit of the score.
Unfortunately, I don't know of it being released anywhere. I would sure love to have it, though.
