This is why we love Sony Classical. Not only do we get good releases with good packagine blah blah, we also get the street dats like months in advance! The CD street date is set for July 24th.

(Brian wishes he could find the release date and label for "Final Fantasy.")I emailed the LSO. But there's still no answer.
When I emailed Sony about Planet of the apes a few weeks back, it only took them two days to tell me Planet was coming out in July.Maybe emailing them will answer the Final Fantasy question. But considering how many emails I've sent them over the past two months, I'm beginning to be ashamed.

I don't know if there have been endless boring threads about this, but does anyone have a guess,or even better know, WHAT Elfman's POTA will sound like? Will he use unusual instrumentation? A new and unheard of approach? Or will it be like INSTINCT 2?
Anyone know? Kyp, you seem to have a good handle on inside info.....what do you think????
Ciao for now,

if it's like Instinct fine. that's a good score, especially in film.
however, I envision something approximating Goldsmith's own score.and Elfman could do it, and do it well.

Here's a direct link to it: http://www.sonyclassical.com/about/contact_idx.html
or you can use:
feedback@sonyclassical.comThey don't always answer email questions. But if they know the answer, then most of the time they reply to the question.
