Those that know me (::cough:: you know who you are hahahaha). I'll let you think about this one, but in the end, its not how many times we did it, but how many times we tried.

The journey, my last and final one, for a while at least, over and done with.

It's been fun, and I will for sure miss the adventure.

Let the controversial post about what is going on with me begin, to the winners who get it right...well...they get it right

    2. or you are going to board the Mothership with the aliens and leave Earth.

Greg, Brian has a t-shirt for this one... it says "been there, done that."

As for what he's talking about: He's just completed Final Fantasy 9, which is the last FF game on the PSX. New games will be out on the PSX2, and because Brian doesn't own one, he won't be playing them (thank God!).

Brian, I'm glad you are finally done with this one. I've been waiting for you to finish it before you even got it. Now, all we have to do is get past "The Spirits Within," (which I must admit, I am looking forward to).

Very few people understand the purpose why we are here Crono. Some live to serve, others live to understand what they are to become. I am glad your journey is almost complete though mine is just beginning. I shall overcome the fear and accomplish my mission. Zidane has been very strong and Rusty has gained a lot from his experience. But what will become of Vivi? Will there ever be an answer?

    YEA!!!!

Finally someone got it! Jer's right, finally after dragging it out for so long (and I really did, to keep the adventure alive) I completed it, and what a game, by far the best "Final Fantasy" out there.

I only wish that both Jeron and Justin could have been there to see me beat it, it was grand, with an ending that just rules!

I bid the series a goodbye for now, and welcome the movie with open arms, however, I am not as crazy about the movie as I was for "FF IX." I think it must be the characters. And I mean that.

Justin, as for their stories, I will let you get to that on your own (just buy the game ) Their endings are perfect in every since, especially Vivi (lol ) I was laughing so hard it was great. As for Zidane, he had the best sequence of all, a total “Brian” thing. As for Rusty, play the game, by disc 3 you will know his

Vivi's destiny has already been determined. He will surpass everyone and break free of the goofy mess called "FF gaming syndrome." He will go to college, graduate with a high honors, and open a rehabilitation facility for those still trapped in an alternate reality, namely the one that SquareSoft has sucked them into.

In other news, a vaccination has been developed to slow down the effects of FF/SS (Final Fantasy/SquareSoft) disease. While this doesn't provide a cure, it will ensure those currently affected will have an opportunity to reap the benefits of Vivi's rehab facility. There is still hope - and Vivi Rehab Facilities is its name.

LOL @ Jeron, that's low man!

Well I got my PS2 and the Metal Gear Solid 2 demo with FFX on the way, makes it the best $300 I've ever spent. (well aside from those strippers in Mexico..but that's another story all together )

So Crono are you actually planning on purchasing a PS2? I mean it *IS* the greatest console ever! and having FFX and FFXI on it is worth the price alone.

Glad you were able to finnish FFIX, it's probally one of my favorites in the series and a fantasic soundtrack to boot(weren't those 'Terra tracks just amazing?!) can't wait to see the series move onto the big screen and continue on the PS2.

Congrats, man (you know you'll be missing out once FFX comes out )

    Drix, I want my video

And I'll get a PS2 sometime, I ended my PSX days on a great note (Jeron stop jumping up and down ), I'll get around to it, but as it stands now, FF X, is a lot like FF VIII (I'm not a big fan of FF 8), nothing will ever beat IX...unless they remake FF VI in the style of IX, then we might have a problem.

Which game do people think has the best music? I personally loved VII but it's music engine made gave it a major flaw. I am thinking VIII. Yes Crono, even after hearing IX. :-)

LOL, that's a funny one and I can totally see your point.

Jer, I am at the end of the game in FF 8, but my levels are too low.

As for music, I am not crazy and FF 9, I believe that FF 6 and FF 7 have the best in game music, with FF 8 having the best orchestral CD.

I believe that FF 9 has the best characters and story, there was so much care in creating characters and their stories and that's why I love the game.

wow, I appear to be in the minority here when I say that I thought that FFIX was Uematsu's best score, I felt the thematic material alone surpasses that of VI in every way.

I could go on and on about this but it's 3am and I have a class in 5 hours(one that I missed on Monday ) so it will have to wait.

    Ja

btw Crono I got your e-mail and I'll have to re-rent the game again sometime this week and rip that ending movie for you...just so you know it will be somewhere about 2gb.

Well as far as I'm concered there is no *BEST* FF, picking one of them is trying to pick a favorite child, it just too damn hard You have your favorites Favorite game wise would have to be FFVIII, but score wise I would have to lean pretty hard towards FFIX.
