    Sakman and other posters: all good choices. This list I am more familiar with having heard nearly all of these. Most of my choices are on the lists somewhere. The '80s was a very good decade for film music. Best, John.

    Nothing to add scorewise except to say WHAT A HEALTHY DECADE FOR GREAT SCORES?!!...I am so blessed to have been part of that!

    I think I've heard (and even have) most of the scores mentioned on those lists
