I heard somewhere that James Horner is doing t3. Is this true?

Is this picture a sure thing? If so, is Cameron directing? That would imply Horner's involvement.

well, if James Cameron is making T3, then Horner might score it.

NP: Enemy at the Gates - James Horner ***/***** (from what I've heard)

I love it. There's no director signed. Linda Hamilton dropped out. The script I read sucked. (Probably why Hamilton backed out). And yet there are rumors about who'se composing the music to the film that hasn't even gotten into full "pre-production" mode?

    Wow.

The only thing I can say for sure based on the Hollywood reporter is that Arnold is signed on and Cameron WILL NOT do it.

Those damned rumors. The nasty little things should be banned before people kill each other, or, before a composer signs on the dotted line!

Is the tribe going to speak about these tumors.. err, rumors? Banishment or what?

Oh, yeah... Go Fiedel, this is your turf! Can we take another Fiedel score?

I believe at one time IMDB had Horner listed as composer for this film. Someone had posted it at Filmtracks.

I just can't see Horner scoring it. It would be like John Williams going to score JP3

Last I heard they were looking at McTiernan..maybe we'll get Goldsmith. I could live with that!

Quill, this came up before in another thread, but I have to ask: why does getting McTiernan indicate that we'd possibly get Goldsmith?

They only worked together on MEDICINE MAN. (No, 13th WARRIOR doesn't count, since that was Crichton's decision to throw out Revell's score and replace it with Goldsmith's - and that was AFTER McTiernan walked off the project.)

If anything, his track record indicates there's NO particular composer who would be "attached" with him.
