I don't have it, but I, too, would like it mp3ed. Only difference is, I'm gonna say 'please.'

    Please?

Can't mp3 it for you. Don't have it (yet).

But when the movie played on TV last year, the music really cought my attention. It was not the best score ever, but it was certainly a very good one.

And will be very surprising to those who think Snow only does cheap X-Files-TVShow-type music.

I have the CD, I think its pretty good, the music is very haunting. Its interesting to compare it to John Scott's version composed that same year.
My favorite tracks from Snow's is the "Midnight Artic Walk" which is one of his best themes to date. Some say it sounds like a cross between Elfman and Barry in stlye. Also I like Snow's unique choir use and dramatic climax of "Shooting the Captian"

The only thing about it is that the recording of the orchestra sounds flat. Its just not hot enough for my taste. Probably a result of undertrained recording engineers who knows.

Hmm perhaps I'll produce a good suite of the score.

I still prefer John Scott's... now THAT is what I call a masterpiece. Can we say "Mount Atlantis," anyone?

I like Snow's score, but "Midnight Arctic Walk" is the real highlight for me.

    John Scott's is well, phenomenal.

If it's a question of choosing between John Scott's score and Mark Snow's, I'll take John's. While I think the Midnight Arctic Walk cue is one of the best cues Mark Snow has ever written, the rest of the score doesn't do too much for me. John's score for 20, 000 Leagues is exactly the sort of score that should have been written for the material. I only wish therehad been a theatrical version of 20, 000 Leagues because John's score is 100 times better than the picture it was written for...
