    Just though I'd mention this for those interested in MV material. His last score for Highlander 4 wasn't all that ecxiting but he did come up with a pretty good main theme. I wonder if Attila will sound anything like Gladiator? I know its performed by the Budapest Symphony Orchestra, and they usually have a pretty "big orechestral" sound.

    The movie aires on the USA Network tonight at 9pm PST.

    Hahahah what a piece of SH*T if I've ever seen one. Good lord how can somebody make such a horrid film? Everything about it wreaked "MADE FOR TV" from the costumes to the sets, the cinematography to the acting (good god it was pathetic)... Glennie-Smith's score was OK, but it's not like he was really given much of a chance given the material... I stopped half way through and watched some movie on Comedy Central instead with Sarah Jessica Parker and her big knockers (Broderick is a stud, he deserves them... er, I mean her). Much more entertaining.

    NP - Land Before Time (James Horner) Is it a 4 or a 5? I can't decide!

    I caught a little bit of this movie tonight. The score was pretty average and didn't really catch my ear. For a TV miniseries, it was servicable.

    I also saw a little snippet of "Batteries Not Included" and immediately heard a theme lifted directly from "Land Before Time." (Or is it the other way around? I dunno.)

    In case you're interested, according to the breaking news section of SoundtrackMag.com, SuperTracks will be releasing Glennie-Smith's score.

    Don't be such a "made-for-t.v." snob...There's actually some decent stuff out there being made, mostly USA and TNT, but not exclusively. At least it wasn't one of those network "My Husband's a Murderer, and I ran off With The Kids Before He Got Us" kind-of-deals....

    Well I thought it was alright, I just don't like the young emperor.

    Anyway...aren't the Huns supposed to be Chinese?

    Hans ---> Chinese dynasty
    Huns ---> Weren't they of Germanic origin?

    I saw a bit of this show last night.

    it happened to be a fight scene between the Romans and Huns.

    The score is already out.

    It's called Gladiator.

    Nick-Glennie Smith is better than this derivation of an already derivative score.

    NP -- Deep Water, Beltrami
