Interesting idea. Here are the few I can think of:- The Lord of the Rings (I've got the two different Rosenman discs, a tape of the German dub of the animated film, two German versions of the novel and - since Christmas - a deluxe version of the English original
And soon, i.e. later this year, I'll have another score for this and hopefully the first DVD for the new film trilogy...) - Jurassic Park
- Henry V (Movie & Score: Branagh/Doyle)
And that's it, I think. Though when I finally get around to pick up North's 2001 score (or maybe also the "normal" compilation of classical music, i.e. the official soundtrack album), I'll have that one complete as well.

Hmmmm, this IS a tough one. A lot of us soundtrack fans are only semi-literate, you know. All I can think of at the moment is LONESOME DOVE. (If suites -- as opposed to complete soundtracks -- count, then you can add RED RIVER and VERTIGO and PSYCHO. And if short stories and suites count, then you can add THE THING FROM ANOTHER WORLD and THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL and HIGH NOON.)[Message edited by PeterD on 01-19-2001]

True, Moby-Dick is another one. I have both films on VHS tape, both scores on CD and the novel (though I still haven't read more than the first half of it).NP: Kimberly (Basil Poledouris)

Actually, I was a bibliophile before I was a film score lover, so one thing lead to another!

Absolutely none.Unless you count Willow as the score part and the Shadow War Trilogy as the book, then that's sort of a combo.
