    Hey,

I got this DVD and I found it to "stall" in one place (this is the thrid time I have returned it so it has to be a pressing issue) Its on Chapter 16 where the camera goes from the fruit the baby baboon was eatting to Jane, anyone else see this?

Crono, get use to this. A lot of DVD's have this feature with DVD's with a lot of information. In a lot of cases the DVD will actually start spinning backwards to continue the presentation. So no worries my friend. You'll get many more movies with the same stall.

Since this is a dual-layer DVD, most likely you've found where it changes layers.

My Disney "Hercules" DVD has the same type of problem. WHen I exchanged it for another, it stalls in the exact same "Hero To Zero" place. I'm figuring that it's obviously a manufacturing defect (escaping Disney's quality control) and probably has something to do with the compressed nature of the data. (laserdiscs had defects, but there was no compression so there was never any type of 'stall', only a momentary video artifact on that frame.
