Ruddiger unregistered	I was on Napster yesterday and I stumbled across alternate cues for ST:TMP. I was in heaven. Is there a bootleg available or an extremely rare CD with most of the music? If there is, I want it...bad. [Message edited by Ruddiger on 12-18-2000]

Aaron R. Brown Oscar® Winner	Your're right Ruddiger. I'm big Star Trek fan yet I have yet to listen to that disk! It also raised the price of the soundtrack! That is really irritating! I think there is another version of the 2 cd boot Star Trek: The Motion Picture score. I'll try to see what the track listings are.

jonathan_little Oscar® Winner	Ruddiger, I agree. That second cd is a huge waste. I haven't listened to it once. I think its main purpose was to raise the price of the soundtrack by $7. NP: Police Story

HAL 2000 Oscar® Winner	I have the 2Cd boot and it does have some wonderful stuff on it like the aforementioned alternate "The Enterprise" cue. It also has an alternate "Leaving Drydock", "Vulcan Shuttle", "V'ger Speaks", Main and End titles (where Goldsmith can be heard counting down to the orchestra), several versions of "Illia's Theme", and a sprinkling of other unreleased short cues including the destruction of the Epsilon 9 station and captain's log music.
