A lot of John Morris's comedy works need to be released in a compilation CD, I think. He's done some great and funny stuff. The two themes he composed for that awful "Second Sight" movie can get some chuckles out of me now and then.I agree with Clifford as well. For a while, I actually thought Bruce Broughton scored this. Guess my memory serves me wrong again. I love the "Larry the Scary Rex" song.

or his mighty, mighty roar!"Down Periscope has its moments. Mark McKenzie wrote some additional music for it.
Houseguest is good- John Debney in his best comedy mode. There's this cheesy "Ahhh"ing that he has the choir do which is just plain funny.
And Stay Tuned has a great theme. Very Broughtonish!
And Julian Nott's Wallace and Grommit scores deserve a release!

I don't REMEMBER a lot of those scores ... and honestly, I thought Goldsmith's main title for S*P*Y*S is the worst thing I've ever heard him do ... wonder what the John Scott score he replaced is like. (The Scott music can be heard in the European version.) Elmer Bernstein's ANIMAL HOUSE is of course a thing of beauty and a joy forever.Richard Gibbs is quite a talent. BINGO was a fun album, and an underrated little movie, I thought, slickly directed by Matthew Robbins of all people (he is arguably best known for directing the great DRAGONSLAYER). Gibbs followed in fellow Oingo Boingo bandmember Danny Elfman's footsteps to become a film and TV composer -- pigeonholed almost entirely in comedies so far. He scored at least one early episode of THE SIMPSONS before Alf Clausen took over. He's also responsible for the interesting progressive SF score DEADLOCK WEDLOCK (at least that's what the Silva album is called; I think it was released both as DEADLOCK and WEDLOCK, maybe the cable TV/video version uses both words in the title, I've never seen it.) I seem to recall an excellent Gibbs score for AMOS & ANDREW as well. And Bill Conti's done two other comedy scores I admired, NEIGHBORS and THE SCOUT.
