Alright Rocco... and the rest of you goof balls... tell me about this score! There are two releases: Milan and Varese. Which one is preferrable? What are the differences? What's so great about this score? What kind of score is it, and what kind of movie was it? Lemme know! Lemme know!

    Love,
    Jeron

The movie starred Dennis Quaid, and was about the prison camps Japanese-Americans were thrown into during WW2. Written and directed by Alan Parker. It was a massive boxoffice failure. The big, pounding piano theme (presumably the end title) has been used in countless trailers throughout the 1990s, including SWING KIDS and A FEW GOOD MEN -- I was amazed to learn that something so ferocious had come from such a humble-seeming picture. Jeron, I automatically assumed you'd know this Edelman album. I downloaded your trailer-music thing, but remain unable to make my RealPlayer sing it to me, temperamental little beast. Anyway, I'd fully expected to hear COME SEE THE PARADISE in it, so commonly deployed has it been. Oh well.

I've been trying to get this cd forever. I got the tape. The theme Rocco was refering to is a trailor classic by now. But it is a really good theme. I have to get that cd. Now.

Jeron, where did you find it?
