Has anyone heard the music from Mystery Men?
I remember the end credits were awful, but what about the rest?

The real question is, how much of it is Stephen Warbeck, and how much by the other person(s) who worked on it? (Not that I liked any of the score to begin with.)

Shirley Walker was the other composer on the project, and I think she only contributed a minimal amount... ask Shaun though, he knows more. He has the cd.

Nah, Jeron---don't have this. And don't be puttin' words in my mouth, foo'! I think I was saying that a boot was released BEFORE everybody in the world had it. Anyway, from what I was told, Walker only wrote about 18 minutes or so of original music (this is what I heard), but she did "punch up" a couple of Warbeck's cues.

    Oscar winners, man.

I believe the man asked a question.

I also loved the music in the film, regardless of which composer wrote what music.

    How is the boot?

I expect to have access to this later this week, so I'll try to give you an opinion then.

I really like Shirley Walker (The Flash), so I'm hoping this is ok, or at least better than X-men.

From what I remember in the film, Walker's stuff (and the rest of Warbeck's score) is very much like her Batman stuff, with some Turbulence thrown in.

    SBD, calm yourself.

The cd is ok, although it was recorded at a low volume level. Tracks (7) are not labeled with a title or composer. It runs about 60 minutes.
