Is there any of you out there who still believe that your first film music score is still your favorite score today?Mine was Forrest Gump for a long time until I heard Follow Your Dreams and the five TOYS cues in the first two volumes completely changed my film music world. So I can't say that my first score Forrest Gump is my favorite today, but it remains in the top 10....So, there has been only one change in my short music listening career. But for those with years of experience....I would be curious to know if an old score still stands as their favorite.

While probably not the very first score I ever heard, my all-time favorite is still Raiders of the Lost Ark (though it doesn't get played as much recently). It's just got everything: action, adventure, romance, mystery, and horror. I just absolutley love it.

Wow,Norman, just saw this one. Haven't been to this area in a loooong time. Intersting question. While I usually say that Star Wars was my first soundtrack, it actually was The Black Hole which in itself was very good indeed.
I would however say that my fave soundtrack of all time is ET. Yes, I know, you will probably try to find some lost meaning in this...but it's the fact.
So the answer to that would be...no.
I'm sleepy...

Ben-Hur was the first soundtrack that I owned (although my parents had others). While it is not my favorite, it certainly remains a favorite.
