There are a lot of movies coming up with isolated scores on DVD. Go to EXPRESS.COM, go to power search, down to separate film score, and it lists all that are out and coming. Here are some...Coming Up...

New Line will isolate Shirley Walker's score to Final Destination once the film is on DVD. Hopefully they'll do the same thing for Michael Kamen's Frequency when it's released.

No Tim, it's a good thing because if the score is isolated on DVD there is no reuse fees to pay and that's is why you're seeing more and more scores isolated and that is great because I wanna see more of this. Scores in complete form with some commentary by the composer. Sony, New Line, and Warner have done it. But when are companies like Fox (with exception of Alien), Paramount, Disney, Dreamworks, and Universal gonna give in and make their moviegoers and film score fans happy. The Bone Collector gimme a break it's not that good a score. End of Days would've been my choice or For Love of the Game. That would've worked, but for now it's good that we're happy that we're getting more and more isolated scores.

Cool!Steel Magnolias and Little Women with isolated scores? coolness. I've ALWAYS wanted to hear the full score to Steel Magnolias. The version on the London Sessions is great, but I want more of it.
About how long is the complete Little Women score?

I just heard that they are going to release a Director's Cut of "The Professional" which will have an isolated score by Eric Serra. Wouldn't THAT be coolness?![This message has been edited by AaronR1074 (edited 14 June 2000).]
