    Hi Jim

I just was broasing the profiles, just to see the photos and I'd founded Yours.
You mentioned there that You're father owns a big band.
Could be him the famous and excelent trombone player Jimmy Cleveland?.
    On boy!!!
    I'm so excited.
    I play trombone too.
    Is that possible?
You know...I'd studied trombone in Philadelphia with the late Dr Donald S. Reinhardt, and a couple of years ago
I did a tour with Ray Conniff.

    Salute,Mr Cleveland! (Sr and Junior!)

    Hi Marcelo!
Sorry to disappoint, but my father's name was Bob Cleveland, and even though I think he played the trombone on occasion, the instrument that he played was the Sax. My father wasn't famous, except around here and the surrounding area.
    Later!
    Jim

I played the trombone in the high school orchestra.

And I was a sax man myself in those days.

We could start our own big band!
    The name could be:

"Peter K and his swing serenaders"

The only problems will be the rehearsals.

What did the musician's wife say when he left his instruments on top of the entertainment center?

There was too much sax and violins on television.

    Ha ha ha ha.
