Damn you people, why doesn't anyone talk about this score. This is definetly one of my favorite Bernstein scores. Very filmnorish and romantic. It reminded me at times of Miklos Rosza and a bit of Henry Mancini, but with Bernstein's usual trademark. Definetly worth getting.P.O.

JJH, I'm HONESTLY not trying to be funny, REALLY, but ... noticing your NP ... didn't Elmer Bernstein have a score rejected from THE SCARLET LETTER before Barry was hired? (I know Morricone was on board before Barry as well.)

Hey Ricco, Bernstein did score The Scarlett Letter before his got rejected. He also scored I Love Trouble before his got rejected too. Other Bernstein I highly recommend are:Wild Wild West

Hey, what about The Field? I think it's out of print, but I have a cassette, and think it's a great score.I have never heard the My Left Foot/Da CD, what's it like?
