Jeron

Oscar® Winner

Hey guys... I doubt any of you have noticed my lack of posts over the past week, but I just wanted to let you know (in case any of you were wondering) where I am! I'm currently in Cancun, Yucatan, Mexico. The weather is great, the water is clear, and the sand is white and cool! I wish all of you could be here.
Perhaps for our next Moviemusic.com Conference.Anyway, I'll be back on Friday the 9th, so I hope everyone is doing great and I'll be in touch.
Adios Amigos!

We DID notice, Jeron. We didn't have to start up a whole "where'd Jeron get to?" thread because you beat us to the answer. Glad you're doing well. Have fun. Etc.

dont listen to jeron!!! he is lying. he isnt on vacation - he just stopped liking us. he told me so the other day - his musical tastes are turning towards a more conventional nature. he has been asking me about which cds he should get...LFO of 98 degrees. mandy moore or jessica simpson. he is just trying to fase himself out of this scene quietly because he believes that we all rely on him for an upbeat attitude and score info. he is sooooo conceited and now too cool for us I guess =P

Like there's any talent involved with those singers. My right pinky's muscle has more talent than all those teen bands combined.

The idea of Jeron turning conceited overnight actually made me laugh ...NP: WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE (video) (I've seen it twice, it doesn't need my full attention)

Cole is indeed right! Jeron called me from his humble home and said, quote un quote, "Film music just doesn't make my life spark anymore!"He has also turned to country music unfortunately! He now has more Bonnie Rait and Dixie Chicks albums then he does of Jerry Goldsmith.
I just wanted to let everyone know also!
Thanks,

If he's turning to country music, he'd better buy some albums that actually have country music, and not the crap like Dixie Chicks (and I'd hardly call them chicks) and Shania Twain. Trisha Yearwood is the best place to the start (and the best female country star in a long time). Start there, Jeron, to find out what real country music sounds like. You won't regret it.

Scott,I was wondering what that was in the background. I thought maybe it was a commercial, but when Jeron started humming the song, it made be a bit skeptical.
Some clues that Jeron switched to Barny from Barry:
*All his writing is in purple on AOL IM.
*Everytime I say goodbye, he says, "I love you, you love me! We're a happy fam-ily!"
*He asked Scott and I, how much plastic surgery will be. Scott asked him for what, and Jeron replied "It will be a big change!"
I don't know, but this sounds very very fishy. We can only wait till Jeron, oops! I mean Barney replies to this post.

So there is no truth to the rumor that he took an 8-track player with him and is now playing Sonny and Cher?

A few remarks...Aaron: Hey hey hey hey hey! Don't go slamming country music! I happen to like it. Well, some of it.

Dantoris: I agree with what you said about Trisha, but disagree totally woth your statements about Shania! Them's fightin' words, dude!
Jack: Does Jeron actually know what an 8-track player looks like? I'm even ashamed to admit I had one in my car back in the "decade of hell" (the 70's).

Scott: Man, if he's having a mid-life crisis now, at 19, just wait until he's 20 years older! I mean, at 19, it's okay for him to lust after cheerleaders and drive sports cars.

As for my own comment in this thread, I was origiannly going to make some smark-alecked comment from Monty Python about Jeron's being dead, but thought better of it.
But then again...
"I'm not dead."
"I can't take him."
"Youre not fooling anyone you know."or
"Jeron's not dead - he's resting."
"Resting?!?"
"Yes, he's pining for the (I can't say fjords, so...) 'all you can drink buffet at Billy-Bob's' in Fort Worth."
"He's tired and shagged out after a long movie music marathon."okay okay. I'm done.

Kevin - Well, if makes you feel any better, this is one Shania Twain song I like, and that's "Noone Needs To Know" from Twister. That's the only one of her's I can tolerate listening to. Of course, I do think she's a hottie, so I don't completely hate her.
