Did anyone catch this claymation/animated film about Jesus on ABC Sunday night? Apparently ABC didn't foot a single dollar behind advertising this one, testing the Christian market perhaps.I saw a few scenes - Anne Dudley's score was appropriate. Any other thoughts?

I saw a couple advertisements for this... but I didn't realize it was claymation/animation...

I hope Dudley did a fairly good job on it. I thought her last television score for The 10th Kingdom was a bust.NP: Ottman's "The Usual Suspects"

I just now finished watching it and what an amazing piece of work. Anne Dudley did a very nice job with the score and I'm rather bummed that there isn't any cd. ABC certainly didn't seem to advertise it much. The only reason I knew what it was and to tune in was that the BBC news had done a story on it about a month or so back (our local PBS station carries the daily report).Again, a truly wonderful film and a very nice score.

Well, I thought the film was wonderfully well done, aside from a somewhat awkward starting point.Amazingly accurate for Disney too.
The score: good quality musically, not particularly well-structured from what I could hear, and too bombastic at a few places (particularly in the first hour)
The dialogue was occasionally inaudible over the music.
Did anyone else notice this, or am I so aware of the music at this point in my life that I actually need to concentrate on the **dialogue** when I listen to a film?!

I heard this film was released as a feature, or at least played in England (or other parts of Europe) before Disney got a hold of it and showed it out here.
