So the trailer for THE PATRIOT is out now...
www.thepatriot.com for those who have not seen it.Interesting trailer music... anyone care to venture a guess as to what all was used in the trailer? Some music composed just for the trailer?

The new trailer has interesting music for this movie, it doesn't fit at all.
They used Face/Off, Con Air, Armageddon, Peacemaker, and the Escape from Plunkett and Macleane.
I guess they tried to make it look ecxiting and larger than life , but I just couldn't stop laughing.The movie itself looks really good though!

Interesting. Actually I consider it a complete disaster too -nothing to do with the images.

I agree. I thought the music in the first 2/3 of the trailer did not fit at all, especially the Armageddon/Peacemaker pieces. Oh well, I'm sure Williams will come up with something much more appropriate.

Did any of you hear and see Williams play the theme from The Patriot on the piano for on CNN? It'll be a dramatical score with a beautiful theme.np Days of Thunder ****/*****
