Halloween H20 Correct Track Listing, Anyone?

Hello,Yesterday, I just watched HALLOWEEN: H20 for the first time, so PORTRAIT OF TERROR (John Ottman's original score) finally made some sense :) However, as much as I tried to find the correct order in which SOME of his tracks played in the movie, I don't think I got them all. Here's what I could find:
13, 1, 2, 5, 2, 1, 4, 6, 11, 7, 8, 6, 9, 15, 9, 14, 15, 16, 17
Some tracks were indeed separated in the movie, that's why they are repeated.
Now, if someone knows the exact order the tracks on PORTRAIT OF TERROR were meant to be heard in the movie (even those that didn't make it), as well as a short description of the scene they were to accompany, I'd really appreciate it.
