Mary, I agree...particularly because of the villain's sidekick Master Little. To have such an offensive Asian stereotype in any film in TODAY'S society proves that some people must have huge grapes.

    Mary,
sorry I have to disagree with you. The story of Prince was distorted in numerous ways.

    1. Moses was found by the daughter of Pharaoh, NOT his wife.

2.If I remember right, Moses was not told to take his shoes off, a very important issue in the scriptures.

3.The whole storyline between Moses and Pharaoh's son is complete fiction. There are no scriptural/historical evidence of such a strong friendship.

4.It was Aaron who spoke to Pharaoh, since Moses was reluctant to do so because he was slow in speech.

5.Moses never left Egypt with Zipporah. She went back to her fathers house and they never got back together. In fact, Moses re-married later. I actually have my suspitions why this fact was left out in the story, but I am reluctant to say it here.

Anyway, there are other inaquarcies, but I don't wanna be a prick about it. I actually liked the film, although I would have loved to see more emphasis on the receiving of the commandments and the 40 year trip.

I pointed this out because DjC made such an incredible statement without facts, so please don't see this as some mean spirited attack at a movie that was quite well done.

Mary, ahhh, I love your name.
